What are your payment methods?
We use PayPal, which can be used by anyone all over the world who has a credit or debit card and an email address. It's simple to use you don’t even need to become a member just fill in your name, address, email and card details and that's it. The payment will automatically be taken out of your account. It is a very secure way of sending money on-line and as soon as the transaction has been completed you will receive receipt e-mail from paypal.


What other payment methods do you accept?
If you do not have access to an email address or don't' have an account we gladly accept personal cheques. Please contact us via phone, fax or email for further instructions. We will keep it on hold for you until the payment is received.


I have seen a particular item in the press, but it is not available on the website, will be getting any more in and if so can I order one?
If a particular item is not available on the website it will probably not be re-produced again, if it is to be produced again it may be produced again in a different leather or fabric. However, please e-mail us we might have something left in stock for you or let you know about the particular item you have seen.


I am interested in one of the handbags from the gallery collection how do I go about purchasing one?
The handbags featured in the gallery collection are one offs but could be produced again especially for you as a request, please e-mail us for a price list and lead times as these bags will be made especially for you as a limited piece and could be made to your own specification too.


Can I return my item if I am not fully satisfied?
We hope you to be delighted with your Rachael Hannah product. However, if you are not completely happy with your goods then you may return them providing they are received by us within 7 working days of receipt. The goods must be unused and unmarked. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please email us at info@rachaelhannahbags.com for more information.


What if I live outside of the U.K can I still return my item?

Yes you can return your item however; the postage costs can not be refunded.

Do you loan items for press/magazine shoots?

We are happy to loan specific items or advice on suitable pieces for articles/photo shoots.

Do you have a printed catalogue?
No we do not have a printed catalogue as a printed catalogue would not be viable.
